Is the consultation done at my home or at your office?
The Filing Structure Consultation can be done either way. Many participants prefer to have us visit at home so we can see the physical storage conditions directly. Others prefer the neutral setting of our Melaka office. We will discuss your preference when you enquire.
Who is the Bilingual Literacy Programme designed for?
The programme is aimed at community learners, including people who have not previously handled their own retirement paperwork. It does not require a background in finance or law. Each session is conducted in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and materials are bilingual throughout. Groups are capped at fifteen participants to allow adequate attention in each session.
How long does the Public Sector Communications Redesign engagement take?
Typically five to eight months, depending on the volume of materials and the number of forms or notices requiring rewriting. The engagement includes a readability audit, bilingual rewriting, user testing sessions with fifty members of the public across three states, and a closing evaluation report. A realistic timeline is discussed at the start of each engagement.
Will you read my documents for me and tell me what they mean?
No. We organise records; we do not interpret them. If a document raises a question about your entitlements, benefit calculations, or legal standing, we will note this and direct you to the appropriate category of qualified professional. Our referral sheet names the right kind of specialist for each type of question.
How is my personal information handled?
Original documents remain yours. We handle them only during the session and return everything at the close of the appointment. We do not copy, scan, or retain records of personal or financial document content. Enquiry information submitted through our website is held in line with our Privacy Policy.
Are the stated prices the total cost?
For the Filing Structure Consultation (RM 505) and the Bilingual Literacy Programme per participant (RM 1,520), the prices shown are the full amounts covering all included materials. For the Public Sector Communications Redesign (RM 4,410), the price covers the standard scope; any significant scope additions would be discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding.
